The partners at Leider Hayes average nearly 20 years in the commercial real estate business and all have strong roots in the Santa Barbara community. Each partner has spent their professional career focusing on and developing expertise in the real estate markets across California. In addition to the five active partners in the firm, there are four additional experienced associate agents to round out the team. The firm is independently owned and operated, answering only to its clientele and maintaining a strategic alignment of interest with its clients.
